'This programme offers a range of units for those wishing to examine these issues from a broad perspective, both economic and socio-political. The units cover the international legal framework, trade, employment and human rights, from both a practical and a theoretical perspective.
Requirements for the LLM in Law and Globalisation
To obtain an LLM by Advanced Study in Law and Globalisation, students must both:
- submit a 12,000 word dissertation in the field of Law and Globalisation and
- take either four Law and Globalisation core units or three Law and Globalisation core units plus one other LLM unit.
