Bristol researcher is Women's World Bog Snorkelling Triathlon Champion

Dr Christine Reynolds, Research Associate at the University of Bristol Law School, took first place in the world bog snorkelling triathlon
, part of the 2012 World Alternative Games
held in Llanwrtyd Wells, Wales. The triathlon consisted of a 7.5 mile run and 19 mile mountain bike ride over rough terrain in Mid Wales and 120yds snorkelling in a bog trench. Christine finished in 2hrs 52 mins.
