Sir Stephen Wall, GCMG LVO, will deliver the 2008 Jean Monnet Lecture. Its title will be 'Sans Lisbon: Sans Teeth? Sans Everything?'. Sir Stephen is former EU Adviser to Prime Minister Tony Blair, former Permanent Representative to the EU, Private Secretary to Prime Minister John Major, and, before that, to three successive Foreign Secretaries.The lecture will be delivered on Tuesday 21 October at 18:00 in the Old Council Chamber, Wills Memorial Building, University of Bristol.
