Workshop: Criminality at Work

This workshop represents the first major scholarly project on the interface between criminal law and the regulation of work. World leading scholars will examine these issues from a range of disciplinary and comparative perspectives.
Papers will explore a multiplicity of issues including wage theft, slavery and forced labour, the criminal regulation of care work and medical practitioners, harassment, and exploitation at work, are due to be published in an edited volume for Oxford University Press in 2019.
The project is being co-organised by Dr Jennifer Collins (Bristol), Professor Alan Bogg (Bristol), Professor Mark Freedland (Oxford) and Professor Jonathan Herring (Oxford).
