Alumni email accounts available for students leaving the University

Before finishing your course and leaving the University, you will be given the option to register for an alumni Outlook mailbox.

If you opt in for the alumni mailbox, you will be given a new email address ( to send emails from and to continue receiving emails that are sent to your previous University email addresses (e.g.

The alumni email mailbox will be available for up to five years, and you will be asked to renew the account annually.
