IT Service Desk availability due to severe weather conditions

Due to the current weather conditions and the availability of staff we advise that requests to the IT Services Desk be made by email, service-desk@bristol.ac.uk, rather than phone.

This will allow staff working remotely to monitor and process requests.

As usual, at 5pm the IT Service Desk number, 0117 428 2100 (internal 82100), will connect to our out-of-hours service.
