Change to default scanning options on Print Release devices

From the 6th of August, we will be making changes to the default scanning option on Print Release devices, starting with libraries, study spaces and open access areas used by students.

Currently when scanning, there is a "Scan to MyFiles" option which sends the file directly to your O: drive. After the update the option will be "Scan to MyEmail". This will allow you to scan documents up to 25mb in size using the same scanning process, except your file will now appear in your University email inbox.

This change is in line with the planned closure of MyFiles for undergraduates and postgraduate taught students and the upgrade of University managed PCs to Windows 10; increasing accessibility to documents over the internet and on mobile devices and enabling documents to be easily shared through the use of Microsoft OneDrive.
