Mediasite issues resolved

Update 8:00, 12 January - Mediasite recordings are now accessible to view via Blackboard after a fix was applied to resolve the issue by the supplier.  Please note you may need to log out of Blackboard, clear your browser history and cookies if the recordings do not play. 

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused to your revision plans over Saturday, Sunday and Monday.


Update 9:40, 11 January - We are still experiencing problems with access to Mediasite recordings via Blackboard.  Both IT Services and the suppliers are working to resolve the issue.


Update 16:30, 10 January - We have reports of problems with access to Mediasite recordings via Blackboard.  This appears to be a separate issue to the problem seen recently and resolved this morning. We are investigating the issue with the suppliers as a matter of urgency.

​Once again many apologies for the inconvenience this is causing ​to those revising for exams.


Update - 11:20, 10 January: Mediasite recordings are now available via Blackboard


Mediasite recordings are not currently playing correctly. Staff are investigating this issue with the supplier as a matter of urgency.  We apologise for the impact this may be causing to your revision.
