University website, SSO and Eduroam now restored

Update, 2.30pm, 14 April: Eduroam is now restored. Issues this morning affecting SSO, websites and some storage are now fixed.

Following the planned work on the data centre network between 8am and 9am this morning, a number of services delivered from the data centre were unavailable from 8.55am until 10.20am. These included the University websites, Single Sign On and some file storage.

We are currently testing all services to ensure they are fully restored but believe they are now all working.

If you are experiencing problems please contact the IT Service Desk.

However, we are still experiencing intermittent problems with the Eduroam wireless service. This is due to a separate problem which we are still investigating. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
