Loss of service on University mobile phones with EE contracts

Staff with University provided mobile phones with EE contracts received a text message this morning advising them the reboot their phones. Following this reboot those phones lost service.

We have investigated this issue with EE and the issue is now resolved. 

Staff should receive a text update advising them to reboot their phone and when this is done the service from EE should be available again. We have been advised that this will be done over the next few hours.
