Update 3.30pm, 9 June: All Library services are now available.

Update 12.50pm, 9 June: Currently information in Library accounts, including loans and renewals as well as information on the availability of resources is not working. We are working with the supplier to identify the problem and fix it. Accounts details are still correctly displayed in the Library channel in MyBristol.

Update, 11.50am, 9 June: Work to recover Library services listed below will take a little longer than advertised and we hope to have them back by 12.30pm.

Due to essential security patching of servers the following services will be unavailable between 8.00am and midday on Tuesday 9th June.

  • Edit access to T4 CMS and Prospectus Editing Tool (PET)
  • MyBristol
  • SAFS
  • Ereserves
  • Library accounts (including Library self-service, Inter-Library Loans and renewals)
  • A range of Sympa mailing lists
