Fixed - Problems with login to, 3 Dec

Update 13:00, 3 December: Problems seems to be fixed.

Since approximately 9am this morning, Microsoft have had a major failure in their login process behind and logins are being denied for all European users.

A number of Microsoft services are available via a direct login, rather than the portal, these are:

OneDrive -

Yammer -

Skype - Skype clients should still login and function.

All other Microsoft provided cloud products should be considered as unavailable.

​Microsoft ​Engineering teams have identified a configuration error that is believed to be the root cause of the issue. The team is working on failing over the impacted service components to a different environment. Impact is largely centrali​s​ed to the West Europe and North Europe regions.
