IT Services is looking to improve the way we help support you.

We are starting a two week trial of remote assistance software tool GoToAssist.

The web based tool will allow staff in IT Services, with your permission, to remotely view your PC screen to assist in fixing a problem you may have.

By allowing staff to see what you see we can hopefully diagnose and fix problems faster and more efficiently.
