Staff MyFiles issue fixed, 3 April

Update: 8:45am, 3 April: It appears that there was a hardware failure affecting the locations of some staff MyFiles accounts at around 4am.  This has been restarted and staff should now have access to their MyFiles.

There is a known problem with the Staff MyFiles service which is affecting a number of staff.

Following the work to move the Staff MyFiles into a number of separate locations we are aware that some of those locations are experiencing problems.

This means that some staff may not have access to their MyFiles folders.

This is being investigated and we hope to recover the service as soon as possible.
