Known issue - some University laptops having problems with network connections

Following a recent update to the Junos Pulse (VPN) client it has been identified that this version is causing network connection problems on some University computers, mostly laptops.

Typically users will be unable to access online services and settings on their machine that require connecting to the network.

If you believe you have this problem please contact the IT Service Desk.

A workaround for the problem is to right click and exit Junos Pulse (in the system tray) for an immediate workaround.

Staff with Elevated User Rights (EUR) can uninstall the Junos Pulse client and then re-install the client if desired: services/advice/homeusers/ uobonly/uobvpn/howto/windows/
