Enhancing Service Desk support - GoToAssist

IT Services is looking to improve the way we help support you. We are now using a new remote assistance tool called GoToAssist.

The web based tool allows staff in IT Services, with your permission, to remotely view your PC screen to assist in fixing a problem you may have.

By allowing IT staff to see what you see we can hopefully diagnose and fix problems faster and more efficiently.
