Problems with Eduroam and VPN Service, 27 January 18:10-22:15

On Monday 27 January between 18:10 and 22:15 a problems occurred with a primary DNS Server.

This affected a number of services on the campus, most notably access to eduroam (restored 19:20) and some public access computers as well as web access and network requests.

 In addition the new VPN service was also unavailable during this time.

IT Services apologises for the inconvenience this may have caused.
