Email incorrectly identified as spam sent to 'possiblespam' folder

We have identified that a rule to block spam has been matching more than the intended text with the possible  result that legitimate messages may have been directed to "possiblespam" folders. This would have been a problem with all e-mails sent to @bristol.ac.uk addresses. 

The rule was in place from 11:15 on Monday 22 October to 15:25 on Tuesday 23 October 2012.

Please check your "possiblespam" folders regularly and in particular messages in that folder matching the time period above.
