Essential database maintenance affecting a number of services, 14 August 5-6pm

Essential maintenance work is needed to central databases (DPROD / Datahub and PROD).  This work will take place on Tuesday 14 August between 5.00-6.00pm.

As a result of this work a number of services will be unavailable during this period.

Services affected by Datahub downtime include:

  • Personalised timetables for staff and students
  • Online prospectus
  • People Profiler
  • Datahaven / DiversP reports or services reliant on DataHub access during this period.

We are aware that many departments have access to the DataHub and use the information to perform a number of tasks.  It is therefore possible that where DataHub data is used to run a service that this may be unavailable during this work.
