Mark Jones	Technical Writer/Trainer	Mark writes documents and web pages to help people use a wide range of computing applications. He also trains staff to use Microsoft Access, EndNote, email, Oracle Calendar and the University's Optical Mark Reader.
Dave Kilbey	IT Trainer	Dave trains staff and students in the use of Microsoft Office packages, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Dave Prabhu	Corporate Information Systems Trainer	Dave trains staff to use a variety of University Corporate Information systems, focusing on specific new systems.
Sue Snowdon	Senior Corporate Information Systems Trainer	Sue trains staff to use a variety of University Corporate Information Systems, such as PIMS, Proactis, BORIS, IRIS, fEC and develops training on specific new systems.
