Convert to PDF
Since Office 2007 you have been able to save files in PDF format from within Office applications. The following table provides links to Microsoft's instructions for saving as PDF.

Please note: if using Office 2007 you may need to install the
Microsoft Save As PDF Add-in. Contact the IT Service Desk if you need the add-in installed.
