All new staff and students are automatically registered for an email account when they start at the University. To obtain details of passwords, email addresses etc users should contact the IT Service Desk.
Staff members who joined the University before May 2004 should use the online registration form.
Check the following points before assuming that there's a problem with your account:
If you can’t remember your password and you need a new one, take your student or staff card as identification to the relevant contact below:

Mulberry is the University's recommended email client.
The other recommended client that can be used when accessing your email away from the University is our webmail.
