The University's Central Student Record System is SITS:Vision provided by Tribal Ltd. It currently has three major components, Admissions (MAS Marketing and Admissions system), Student Records (SRS Student Record System) and Assessment (CAMS Credit Accumulation Management System).
To access SITS:Vision you must have attended a training course and then register to use the SITS:Vision system. You will also need to know your UOB username and password. There is additional information available for registration to use the Central Student Records Systems and also about the UOB Domain.
The SITS:Vision client software needs to be installed onto a PC running either Windows NT or Windows 2000. There is a Departmental SITS client installation guide (UoB access only) available to guide the installation process. There is also a SITS access form (Word, 44.5 KB) (UoB access only) that you will need to complete and return to the MIS support desk.
The Student Systems and Information Office provide SITS:Vision training.
Documentation is provided when attending the training courses.
