This is the page that lists email messages in a particular folder. When you login, the Inbox is opened by default.

When you click on a folder (in the left-hand frame), the 'Current Folder' bar text changes to the selected folder and the messages from that folder are then displayed in the right-hand frame.

Below the menu choice is a line which shows which set or subset of mails you are viewing in the current window and shows the total you have in the current folder. For example, as above: 'Viewing Messages 1 to 15 (18 total)'. The total message count should not be confused with the unread mail count which is to the right of the main mail folder in the left hand frame.

If your mailbox contains many messages, the list will, by default, be split into multiple pages with only the first page displayed. To view other pages, use the ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ links at the top and bottom of the message list. You can also jump to a specific page directly by clicking one of the numbers (each represents a page). If you click ‘Show All’, all messages will be displayed on one long, scrollable page.
Please note: the navigation and 'Show All' icons are not visible until such time as the folder contains more than one page of emails

On the left-hand side, above the message list, is a drop-down list box. This lists your currently subscribed folders.
To move a message, select the message by selecting the tick box to the left of the message, choose the folder you want to move the message to from the dropdown list and click Move. Multiple messages may be moved at once.

A bar containing three headings ('From', 'Date', and 'Subject') is next. These headings separate the message table into logical parts:
Please note: between the 'Date' and 'Subject' columns is a small, unlabeled column. It might contain several items (apart from the usual read or unread message ‘envelope’ icons):

The ‘Toggle All’ link at the top of the list inverts the selection of the tick boxes next to the emails. For example, if none are selected, it allows you to check all tick boxes at once. If one is selected, it will check all but that one box.
