Manage mail filter rules

The SmartSieve View all rules list on the home page displays all the mail filter rules already set up on your account.

They are applied in order from the top down. You may change the order of the rules using the arrows in the 'order' column on the far right.

When rules have been set up you can carry out the following actions on them:

Rule

Action

Disable Enables you to stop the rule being active, but with the option make it active again at a later date
Delete Deletes a rule completely from your account
Enable Makes a disabled rule active again

You can select rules by checking the check-box in the left-most column.

To enable, disable or delete a rule by selecting it and clicking on the relevant link at the bottom of the page.
