Forward mail (staff and research postgraduates only)
If you were looking for the 'Redirection of Mail' service, please note that this service is no longer available and has been replaced by the process below.
If you have previously permanently redirected your mailname, please use
this form to cancel it.
Forward your mail:
- log into SmartSieve from the SmartSieve logon page (https://webmail.bris.ac.uk/smartsieve/login.php), using the instructions on the Logging into SmartSieve page
- click the 'Forward mail' link at the top of the page
- enter the mail address of the account you want your mail to go to
- select the tick box if you also want a copy of your mail to continue to go to your Bristol account as well

Stop mail forwarding at any time:
- log into SmartSieve from the SmartSieve logon page (https://webmail.bris.ac.uk/smartsieve/login.php), using the instructions on the Logging into SmartSieve page
- Select the forwarding rule from the list of rules on the home page
- Either disable or delete it
(disabling means you can keep the rule and edit and enable it again later)
