Desktop or web?
Which version you use is up to you - and there's nothing to stop you using both: anything you do on one version syncs automatically to the other. Most features available in the desktop version are also available in the web version.

- You cannot sign-in to a resource account using the web version
- Some limitations when editing repeating or added meetings
- Does not have settings to show normal and extended hours

Scheduled maintenance to Calendar takes place every week between midnight on Saturday and 10am on Sunday - both the web and desktop versions of Calendar are unavailable during this time.
