Getting Calendar?

Calendar has been rolled-out to all departments except Mathematics, Earth Sciences and the Centre for Sport, Exercise & Health.

Installing the desktop version of Calendar

Where? What to do
On your University computer Contact the IT Services Service Desk.
On your mobile device See the Mobile access to Calendar page.
On your personal computer Download the required client and access Oracle's installation and configuration guides via the following table (also see the important information in the pink box directly below).
Note that if offsite, you will need to login to the UoB virtual private network (VPN), which provides a 'tunnel' to connect from off-site to the University so that your computer is placed on the University network and all your traffic flows via the University.  Once connected to the VPN, the various Calendar clients will be accessible for download.  Information on how to set up and use the VPN service.
