Shared Calendar culture

Those wanting to exploit Calendar's collaborative features will face problems without an agreed and consistent set of guidelines. Calendar can only enable collaboration if those who want to collaborate conform to an agreed shared etiquette, using the University's expected access and scheduling settings.
