The IT Service Desk is available by phone: free internal call on 87870 or external +44 (0) 117 928 7870. Phones are answered 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. Most technical problems are best dealt with over the phone.
We can take your payment for ResNet and help with other administrative matters if you visit the IT Service Desk in person at the Computer Centre, Tyndall Avenue. Normal opening hours are 8am-5.30pm Monday-Friday. Please see How to find the Computer Centre.
