MetaLib help and contacts

Online help is available in MetaLib by clicking the Help link on the navigation bar below the MetaLib banner. This help is contextual, so you should find help displays for the section of MetaLib you are using, though you can also link to any other section of help too. MetaLib guides and video tutorials are also available, and your Subject Contact in the Library will be happy to answer any questions you have about using this service.

There is a list of known problems with MetaLib which you could check. If you encounter other technical problems, including accessibility or display problems that may be browser-related, please contact help-desk@bristol.ac.uk.
