The University of Bristol is offering one scholarship of £2,000 for international students from Bellerbys College that are entering onto a full-time undergraduate programme in October 2012.
This scholarship is applicable to students studying in any subject area and is a contribution towards tuition fees in the first year only.
Applications should be made online and the deadline for their receipt is 25th May 2012. Please ensure that you list Bellerbys as your place of study.
Please be aware that competition for scholarships is always very strong, and if you do decide to apply you must follow the application procedures carefully. You should also plan well in advance as deadlines are often quite early in the academic year.
Before you apply for any scholarships, please check the application deadline (all schemes are different) and also whether you are eligible to apply. Most scholarships on offer in the UK that state they are for international students are usually intended for students from outside the European Union, and who will pay the higher tuition fee rates.
If you are a European Union student, there is also some information on financing your studies which may be of help, though scholarships, unfortunately, are very few and far between. If you are a European Union national intending to apply for a postgraduate programme at Bristol, our Postgraduate Admissions Office have provided some additional guidelines on funding for postgraduate study.
