Gender Pay Gap Reports
We are committed to addressing the gender pay gap at Bristol, in partnership with our staff and unions. We use an evidence-based approach to understanding the barriers to equality at our University, and we are determined to develop, and monitor, solutions that are innovative and effective.
To this end, we publish an annual Gender Pay Gap Report.
