The Human Resources Weekly Briefing Note provides Heads of Department and Senior Admin contacts (e.g. Faculty Managers) with the very latest information on a range of relevant topics that are important to managers. Some or all of this information may also be useful to other line managers in departments.
Briefing Notes will be published each Friday afternoon. They will assume a level of prior knowledge and as such will not rehearse the background to each area, although you can of course contact us for this information at any time. Each policy development area will normally be lead by a member of HR, contact details for this person will be featured to enable you to contact them for more in depth information should you wish to do so.
Access the latest briefing note, together with all back copies, on the left hand navigation bar. Heads of Department are encouraged to distribute the bulletin to other managers in their department as appropriate. Managers may wish to bookmark this site for future reference purposes.
