Half day sessions targeted at leaders and managers of staff will be offered on Tuesday, 29th June. The sessions will be run by David Skipsey, an external consultant whose specialist area is small and large-scale organisational change. The sessions will be participative, exploring the nature of change generally and then focusing on specific changes facing leaders and managers. Participants will explore how to work with competing priorities, and how change and uncertainty affects individuals and teams differentially. Participants will also identify strategies and techniques for dealing with this successfully.
The sessions will be held in the Cabot room at the Hawthorns, from 10.00 until 1.00 and from 1.30 until 4.30, offering participants the choice of whichever is most convenient.
