The Change Team have recently launched their new website. The site includes information about the events and support that the team offer and also includes a comprehensive 'Change Planning Toolkit' aimed at managers who are responsible for managing projects at the University.
The team are running a session on Tuesday 9th March, 2010 which will introduce managers to the toolkit and the key activities required to successfully plan and manage any change.
