We can offer a range of advice, support and expertise in
This expertise has been gained across a range of University projects and initiatives as well as from developing, establishing and managing related work across a range of industry sectors.
We can offer:
- Visioning work
- Stakeholder analysis and commitment planning/management
- Change readiness assessment tools
- Communications planning and delivery
- Benefits identification/tracking
- Re-stabilising the work environment
We also facilitate regular sessions with key groups around the organisation (e.g. Project Managers, Resource Managers, Business Analysts) to enhance the University’s capacity to manage change.
We are a small team, largely facilitative in our approach, with the aim of equipping others to manage their own change. This will include an initial diagnostic with those leading a major change project to identify the correct team member for support and agree which elements of our offer we can provide direct support for. We will also highlight other areas of activity you might usefully tap into and point you towards others that may have something beneficial to offer. If you are interested in receiving advice, guidance or support from the change management team, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
