Graduation celebration in China 2017

Congratulations to everyone who is celebrating their graduation in Beijing on Saturday 8 April.

The University, led by the Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Hugh Brady, is delighted to be returning to Beijing to recognise your achievements alongside your family and friends. We hope the day will be an enjoyable reminder of your time in Bristol.
 
We are very proud of our graduates and we know that they have achieved a great deal in order to attend, and graduate from, the University. 
 
We very much look forward to seeing you in April.
 

Timings for the day

Time Activity
11am Graduates to arrive from 11am, register and collect their gowns
11am - 1pm Time to enjoy the marketplace and take photographs
1.15pm All graduates to be seated for the briefing
2pm Graduation celebration ceremony begins
4pm Graduation celebration ceremony ends
5pm Event closes

Your gowns have already been ordered and you will need to collect these from the venue on arrival.

Live streaming

The China graduation celebration will be live-streamed from 11.30am (local Beijing time) on Saturday 8 April. It’s expected to last for four hours and will feature the ceremony from 2pm.

You can watch it via the Superyou+ mobile phone app, by searching for “超级留学生” (Superyou+) IOS version in the Apple app store. Or you can download the Android version. After registering, you will be able to access the live-broadcast programme in the (discovery) – (activities) section of the app on 8 April.

To watch the live-streaming via Weibo, please follow @英国布里斯托大学. The programme will be live from 11.30am.
