This talk will be delivered by Guest Speakers Dr Joanna Bryson from the University of Bath, Dr. Leveringhaus from the University of Oxford and Dr Jack McDonald from King’s College London.

Abstract

Does the use of autonomous weapons de-humanise warfare? What are the ethical implications of their use? Are there any legal ramifications? Our panellists will address these questions from both a philosophical and technological perspective, contributing to the current debate on new technologies in warfare.
