Prospective Postgraduate Information

A range of postgraduate opportunities is available in the Department of German. Flexibly designed courses are offered to those who are looking for one year's extra study, as well as supervision and research training for those who wish to pursue a two or three-year research degree.

For those whose interests span different periods, subject areas or disciplines, provision can be made for joint supervision. As well as giving research training and supervision, we aim to welcome and integrate postgraduate students into the research community and the wider life of the Department and Faculty.
