Geography Alumni Event 2013: Saturday 6th July 2013
To coincide with the Bristol Alumni Weekend - The Best of Bristol 2013, and motivated by requests from the graduating class of '88, the School will be open on the above date between 11am and 5pm.
We extend an invitation to all graduates of the School to:
- See displays of activity within the School and on field trips, from yesteryear and today;
- Revisit the lecture and practical experience (briefly!);
- Tour the facilities, to see how some things change, yet some still stay the same;
- Meet students and staff, past and present, reflect on shared experiences and consider future plans.
We are very much looking forward to seeing you. Events will scale to meet demand, so please let us know if you will be attending by clicking below. A History of the School of Geographical Sciences
As part of the University's Centenary Celebrations 2009, we produced a booklet illustrating the history of the School since 1920.
