Mat Kinton, who is the 'policy wonk' for mental health law at the Care Quality Commission (CQC), is coming to the Law School to talk about his experience over the last 25 years, working in a policy role regarding the laws of mental health detention and treatment and the role of monitoring and regulation in this contested area of human rights.
This lecture, organised by the Centre for Health, Law and Society (CHLS) will be of particular interest to anyone studying health law and human rights and who might also be interested in finding out about a career in health/social care regulation and/or policy. Book your free place now
