Month end reports

Overview

Monthly transaction reports from the main CODA system are delivered to departments by two methods:

Electronic transaction files

These are accessed via this secure web page - https://www.bris.ac.uk/Depts/Finance/secure/applications/ffd/.

The files are suitable for loading into a MS Access 2000 database. Departments are strongly recommended to use the electronic downloads since they are available earlier than printed reports and offer flexibility of reporting. Training on MS Access is available from the Computing Service

Printed paper reports

These are sent by internal mail to the listed contact at the listed address. If these details are incomplete or inaccurate please inform your faculty accountant who will have the details changed.
