eGrants - Wellcome Trust
Background
The Wellcome Trust system has a two stage approval process requiring HoD to approve the application as well as Finance. The University has been registered since February 2005.

General
Users may set up their own accounts by visiting the Wellcome Trust website for eGrants
HoD accounts
HoD are required to set themselves up as users by visiting the Wellcome Trust website for eGrants. Finance will then manage the HoD allocation within the system.

- Do I need to do Project Costing Form?
Yes - the procedures have not changed just the method of delivery. (Project Costing Form is available from the fEC Costing system)
