2.13 Other expenses

Reimbursement of sundry personal costs incurred by a member of staff as a direct result of overnight absence from home is limited to £5 per day while travelling in the UK, (£10 per day travelling outside the UK).  This would normally include the cost of telephone calls to home.

The cost of items from the hotel mini bar, newspapers, pay TV, hiring videos or games will not be reimbursed.
