2.12 Private accommodation

If a member of staff arranges private accommodation with friends or relatives while away on business, then, subject to the agreement of the budget holder, an overnight bed and breakfast rate of £25 will be payable to allow the member of staff to contribute to the costs incurred by the hosts. In all cases a signed receipt should be obtained.
