'VAT Only' item to be decommissioned from 1st August 2012

The 'VAT Only' item is being decommissioned from 1st August 2012
This decision has been made because the 'VAT Only' item has proved an inelegant solution and Proactis now provides a series of inbuilt processes for handling unexpected VAT that make this item redundant. There are three scenarios that have been identified where the VAT Only item may have been used in the past. The notes below explain how to process an invoice when the various scenarios occur.
