Marketplace Punchout Issue and Workaround

Since the upgrade to Proactis 2012, some staff are experiencing issues when they use the punchout facility to the @UK Marketplace. If your requisition does not appear when navigating back to Proactis, please see the following instructions that explain how to find the details of your order request:Punchout Marketplace - solution to issue (pdf, opens in new window)
The software supplier is aware of the issue and is currently developing a patch to remedy the problem. When this has been released and tested, we will apply this patch to ensure that normal service is resumed. In the meantime, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

This issue was resolved when patch P91-39 was installed on 16th July 2012.
