Rescheduled Proactis Downtime

On 20th July, the patching of Proactis that was due to take place on Friday 22nd July was postponed due to some issues that the Systems team found during testing.

Following further testing and liaison with our supplier, we now propose to implement these patches on Friday 5th August.

In order to carry out the patching, Proactis will be unavailable between 1pm and 2pm on Friday. An email will be sent to staff who have subscribed to the Proactis bulletin mailing list on the morning to confirm whether the proposed patching is to go ahead.
