Supporting Student Learning

The Education Support Unit provides advice and support for academic and support services colleagues on a number of subjects which can be described as 'academic student support'. Some of the resources developed to date are available from these pages, in areas such as:

• accessible curricula for disabled students etc.
• independent learning - teaching and learning at Bristol and what students can expect
• personal development planning; (Careers website)
• personal tutoring;
• plagiarism avoidance, training and detection;
• progress files;
• student placements

Direct support to students is managed by the Student Services division.
